Kevin Marvelle brings more than 35 years of experience conducting and managing research projects addressing health care, mental health and disability workforce services and policy issues. He has over 30 years of experience designing and conducting applied research and evaluation studies using survey, experimental, and case study methods. Mr. Marvelle has designed and implemented numerous systems for data collection, coding, transfer, cleaning, reduction, integration, and management. His skills include questionnaire design, interviewing, sampling, statistical analysis, computer programming, and graphic presentation of results. He is expert in the use of SPSS. In his 15 years leading the Department of Research and Data Analysis for the American Academy of Physician Assistants, he designed and implemented a large number of sample and census surveys and performed countless analytic studies examining many issues related to the training and work of physician assistants. He has lead policy analysis projects for a number of HHS agencies, ED and the VA. He has an ABD in Social Psychology, from The George Washington University and a BA in Psychology from The College of the Holy Cross.
