One-Stop Career Center Outcomes Research

New Editions has entered into a cooperative agreement with the state of New Jersey to analyze employment outcomes for users of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) One-Stop Career Centers. We will design a descriptive assessment and a WIA compliance assessment along four major areas of operations: accessibility, partnerships with other agencies and programs, outreach, and day-to-day operations. The analysis includes all types of one-stop centers: comprehensive, affiliated, specialized, kiosks, and mobile units. The design will employ primarily the One-Stop Operating Systems (OSOS) data collected at WIA centers throughout the state of New Jersey, in addition to other administrative data.
