Medical Reviewer/Analyst

New Editions Consulting, Inc. is currently looking for a Reviewer/Analyst who provides operational support to a federal contract. Processing of driver applications and renewals for a federal driver exemption program.  This role involves responding to application requests and program inquiries, processing new and renewal applications, collecting and storing data, preparing and maintaining Federal Register and other publications, monitoring drivers with exemptions, and maintaining standard operation manuals and program reports.

Specific Duties include:

  1. Review driver applications and determine all standards and requirements are met
  2. Write professional correspondence to applicants
  3. Quality control of database, and applications/letters
  4. Coordinate and organize all correspondence dates with current drivers
  5. Run queries and analyze data to determine project needs
  6. Make incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist applicants
  7. Compose outgoing emails to assist applicants
  8. Meet regularly with the client to provide program updates
  9. Prepare case reviews as needed
  10. Other special projects as needed

Position Type and Hours of Work
The position is currently fully remote, but may change at any time based on the needs of the contract. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30a to 5p EST, 40 hours per week.

Clearance Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance with the Department of Transportation
