Formative Research Report on Patient and Provider Conceptualization of Prevention and Preventive Services

This report presents research findings from a formative effort that was conducted as part of a larger initiative to better understand how patients and providers conceptualize prevention and preventive services. The purpose of this report was to synthesize information to inform the development of preventive service tools in order to help providers better communicate USPSTF recommendations to their patients.
