New Editions is seeking a Project Assistant to support health and disability contracts and business operations. Successful candidate should meet description requirements and be comfortable performing job responsibilities as listed. Work will support multiple contracts with Federal programs and initiatives focused on improving health, welfare, and community integration for persons with disabilities and older adults. 

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, business or related field preferred. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow.

New Editions seeks experienced professional to join our team supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  Successful candidate should meet description requirements and be comfortable performing job responsibilities as listed.  Candidates with a Master’s degree in public health, policy, or related field preferred.  Prior experience in the areas of CMS, long-term services and supports, and home and community-based services, aging, and disability policy at the state or Federal level required. 

Position includes:

  • Interpreting policy and regulations to develop tools and resources that assist states with implementation.
  • Providing direct technical assistance to states on a variety of CMS programs and policies.
  • Developing issue papers, tools, and resources for technical assistance, training, and dissemination. 
  • Policy analysis and development.

Northern Virginia Government contractor seeks experienced professional to join our team supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  Successful candidate should meet description requirements and be comfortable performing job responsibilities as listed. Candidates with a degree in public health, policy, or related field preferred.  Prior experience in the areas of CMS, long-term services and supports, home and community-based services (HCBS), Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), aging, and disability policy at the state or Federal level required.
