Disability Program Navigator (DPN) Final Report

This report documents the efforts and results of the Disability Program Navigator (DPN) Initiative from July 2003 to June 2010. It describes how the program was established and the transformative strategies and effective practices that were utilized to place individuals with disabilities in the jobs identified through the program.
