New Editions Recognized as a 2020 Top Workplace by the Washington Post
Falls Church, VA, June 15, 2020 – New Editions Consulting, Inc. has been recognized for the fifth time as one of the Top Workplaces by The Washington Post. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
The winners were announced in the June 15 The Washington Post Sunday business section and online, https://www.washingtonpost.com/pr/2020/06/12/washington-post-announces-2020-top-workplaces-washington-area/.
“As a small woman-owned government contractor with a focus on contracts that improve people’s lives, it’s very important to us that our employees feel that we provide them with a positive workplace—even though that workplace is their homes during this pandemic. We are always seeking new ways to better our employees’ experiences and are grateful that they are pleased with our efforts,” said Shelia Newman, President of New Editions.
This year, the Post expanded the list from 150 to 200 to add a category for companies with more than 999 employees. The 200 small, midsize, large, and largest companies and their rankings will be shared in a special Top Workplaces magazine later in October.
