Nicole Newman serves as the Program Manager for a Department of Transportation project. Ms. Newman has 10 years of operations management and program support experience, with direct project experience successfully spearheading large scale projects, with both national and state activities. She specializes in program development, strategic planning, and quality assurance. Her expertise focuses on disability related issues to include employment support services, health and wellness, and accommodations. Past experience includes the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program Manager for Recruitment and Outreach, and Operations Support Manager. Ms. Newman holds an MSEd in Higher Education Administration from Old Dominion University and a BA in Sociology from Christopher Newport University.
