Under a subcontract with Insignia Federal Group, New Editions supported the Technology & Accessible Resources Give Employment Today (TARGET) Center, which assists the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in addressing a wide spectrum of accessibility and accommodation interests for agencies and employees.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Money Follows the Person (MFP) Demonstration Program provides funding and support for 44 state grantees to design and develop services and supports to assist individuals move from institutional to home and community-based settings. Additionally, MFP provides the foundation and framework for states to transform their systems to be more focused on home and community-based systems. 

The purpose of this report is to inform Congress and the public about the progress being made in implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). These reports to Congress reflect a history of persistent commitment and effort to expand educational opportunities for children with disabilities.

March 8 is International Women’s Day. The theme of this year’s campaign is #PressforProgress, a call-to-action to press forward and make progress toward gender parity by uniting together in our communities, schools, legislatures, and workplaces to support a gender-inclusive environment. As a woman-owned and women-led company, New Editions celebrates the advancement and achievements of women in our office and around the world.

New Editions assists the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the national implementation of regulations, particularly in regards to ensuring that beneficiaries receiving home and community-based services (HCBS) live and work in settings that are home and community-based and are integrated into the community. In March 2014, CMS published regulations to improve Medicaid HCBS by providing increased guidance on person-centered planning and by clarifying what protections must be in place when restrictions are imposed on individual rights.

This banner is used to promote the National Clearinghouse of Rehabilitation Training Materials’ (NCRTM’s) services at conferences, meetings and other events.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). NDEAM celebrates the contributions of workers with disabilities and educates about the value of a workforce inclusive of their skills and talents.This year's NDEAM theme "Inclusion Drives Innovation" reflects the important role that different perspectives play in workforce success. 

The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Technical Assistance (TA) website provides technical assistance to state agencies pursuing 1915(c), 1915(i) and 1915(j) HCBS waivers and state plan amendments.

Money Follows the Person (MFP) Technical Assistance (TA) Needs Assessment is a survey that collects data on states' progress and TA needs in implementing the MFP Demonstration.
