New Editions Recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace by the Washington Post

Falls Church, VA, June 17, 2022 – The Washington Post has once again recognized New Editions Consulting, Inc. as a Top Workplace.

New Editions is listed #15 of the 76 small businesses recognized this year. The winners were announced online and in a special Top Workplaces magazine included in Friday’s, June 17th The Washington Post.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are always pleased to be recognized by The Washington Post. This is the seventh time we have had the honor of being named a Top Workplace. We do not take that for granted. We are always seeking new ways to better our employees’ experiences and are grateful that they are pleased with our efforts,” said Shelia Newman, President of New Editions.

“For the past 118 weeks, since we closed the office to protect against COVID, we have worked hard to keep our employees safe and engaged,” she added. “We have given employees the opportunity to continue working from home or going in just a few days a week. For now, it is entirely up to the employees.”
