Tracy Mills
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Mills has been with New Editions since 1999 and has over 20 years of federal government contracting experience. She manages indirect rate projections, job cost analysis, incurred cost submissions, provisional rate proposals, taxes, budgeting, cash flow, projection of future growth and revenue recognition. She is an expert in government contract accounting standards and practices and has extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and GAAP. She has developed and implemented internal controls and financial policies for New Editions. She develops cost and pricing models and financial reports that help the President of New Editions make decisions that increase the company’s profitability and competitive advantage.
Tracy Turner
Business Director
Ms. Turner is experienced in contract administration, proposal preparation, financial budgeting, and accounting. She develops business proposals and assists managers in preparing technical proposals. She is the contact with clients for all contractual and financial issues. Ms. Turner monitors all contract budgets and develops estimates-to-complete for project managers. She assists the accounting department with invoice generation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Ms. Turner also performs various tasks on contracts such as formatting, conference support, editing, and research.
